As well as being the driving force behind Insight, Justin owns and oversees a successful catering company specialising in provision to residential care homes and schools. The combination of his skills as a Chartered Certified Accountant and entrepreneur mean that he is uniquely placed to assist clients with their business challenges and opportunities.

When not working Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls, playing chess or hacking his way round a golf course! As a lifelong Queens Park Rangers football supporter, he clearly understands all about life’s challenges!

Emma has extensive experience as a tax adviser to corporate, partnership and personal tax clients having spent the whole of her career specialising in tax. Helping our clients successfully navigate the ever-changing landscape of tax law to ensure compliance and efficiency in all their affairs, Emma is also able to assist with Estate planning matters including Inheritance Tax and Will writing.

Outside of work Emma spends her time running, knitting and researching into her family history.

Kara uses her extensive experience and constant learning to ensure that she is always able to offer our clients the expertise they need. She has invaluable knowledge of all areas of the industry and maintains the highest level of customer service. Kara focuses on statutory audit and accounting and the associated corporation and income tax returns.

In addition to keeping fit by regularly cycling to the office Kara loves to spend times with family and friends and enjoys eating out.

Georgia joined the practice as a graduate and her knowledge of our clients and services is second to none. She now specialise in working with Limited Companies, in particular in the care home sector. She assists clients by preparing quarterly management accounts that provide them with an up to date view of business performance, for themselves and for third parties such as lenders.

In her free time Georgia loves gym classes, reading and visiting new places.

Lisa heads our payroll and bookkeeping department, managing efficiently the constant changes for joiners, leavers and statutory absences in each pay period. Her methodical approach and attention to detail mean that she is also on hand to guide clients through the impact of changes in employment law on their payrolls. As well as undertaking the bookkeeping for both Clients and Insight Lisa assists clients with setting up or changing their bookkeeping software to ensure high quality, timely business management information is available at the touch of a button. She is often called upon to act as trouble shooter to help get things back on track when the process is not running smoothly.

In her (limited due to the demands of a young son) spare time Lisa likes to socialise with the rugby club family and read.

Halima is a member of our bookkeeping and payroll team assisting clients maintain their business records, enabling them to keep on top of cash flow and profitability as well as staying VAT compliant.

Outside of work Halima enjoys cooking and baking showstopper celebration cakes, she likes reading, eating out and spending time with her family.

Kym specialises in both statutory and management accounts. She has a natural aptitude for problem solving and meticulous attention to detail which means any issues or unusual transactions are resolved in real time. Kym’s invaluable experience with a range of accounting programmes meant she was ideally placed to help clients transition for Making Tax Digital. She is able to assist clients with their queries on any stage of the record to report process.

In her spare time Kym likes to go on family bike rides and take walks with her dog Dougie.

Sue plays a pivotal role in both the finance and administration functions of the company. She provides vital support to the client team in managing our engagement and information processes.

When not working Sue enjoys long walks with her dog and being with her family.  Sue also enjoys skiing holidays and trips to Sussex walking the downs.
